Application/Process Support

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Application/Process Support that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies

This profile will be the administrator for Veeva Vault Platform which includes:

Connection to approx. 15 global systems integrated to Veeva Vault
Hosts 7-8 Content related business capabilities including but not limited to content review and approval, digital asset management, non-trial activity content etc.

The main tasks will be the administration, configurations, setting up global deployment calendars, and release management for deployment within releases, planning and executing deployments and creating/updating process and best practice documentation across the Vault platform.


The following tasks shall be performed within the Veeva Vault Platform:

  • Planning.
  • Development.
  • Configuration.
  • Testing.
  • Deployments.
  • Release management.
  • Platform management.
  • Backup, monitoring and platform refresh.
  • Communication with developers, configuration teams, stakeholders, vendors.
  • 2nd and 3rd level support.
  • User administration.
  • Work across time zones/support off hour activities as needed.



  • Global Veeva Vault platform administration in Promomats/Medcomms (certification preferred).
  • Understanding of Content management business processes, use cases and their setup in Vault like Veeva Approved Emails, Closed Loop Marketing (CLM), MLR, etc.
  • Hands on experience in Veeva Vault system configuration including configuring lifecycles, workflows, document Meta-data, roles & permission sets, etc.
  •  PL/SQL, HTML.
  • Global release deployment planning and execution across capabilities, workstreams and systems.
  • Platform document management including system documentation, knowledge articles, process flows, deployment calendars etc.
  • Demonstrated commitment to team goals and excellent collaboration and communication with all team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to preserve, build, and enhance relationships with internal/external clients, teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated  ability to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions for implementation.
  • Full understanding of the architecture of the solution.
  •  Experience in creating Reports & Dashboards.

Desirable skills:

  • Veeva CRM and/or Sales Force platform administration.
  • Understanding of GxP/Regulatory/Compliance environments and function.
  • Understanding of key enterprise systems and integrations like SAP, CRM, Master Data etc.Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical profile.
