An annual event organized by Salesforce.ORG, this time in virtual format, with the aim of creating a collaboration framework between Salesforce, partners and developers of the EMEA region.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8985 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/emea-partnersummit2020.png\" alt=\"EMEA Education Partner of the Year\" width=\"1281\" height=\"201\" srcset=\"https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/emea-partnersummit2020.png 1281w, https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/emea-partnersummit2020-300x47.png 300w, https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/emea-partnersummit2020-1024x161.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1281px) 100vw, 1281px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For three days, we were able to participate in <strong>conferences, workshops and discussion panels<\/strong> aimed at sharing <strong>success stories<\/strong> and the latest news from the <strong>Salesforce<\/strong> ecosystem applied to the <strong>Education<\/strong> and<strong> Non-Profit<\/strong> sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The sessions, strongly marked by the impact that COVID has caused in organizations, addressed<strong> the need to accelerate the digitization of their processes, mainly recruitment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Within this context, we were able to share and analyze different solutions, deployed by Salesforce, in order to adapt the operation of the key processes of organizations to this &#8220;new normality&#8221;.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Within the field of <strong>Education<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Salesforce.ORG<\/a> presented us with the <strong>EDA<\/strong> (Education Data Architecture) <strong>Product Roadmap<\/strong>. The Salesforce data architecture for the Education vertical, and whose future releases are mainly<strong> focused on improving the stability and performance of the solution<\/strong>, to guarantee the growth of the architecture.<\/p>\n<p>Inside the <strong>new features<\/strong> of the Winter 21\u2019 release, <strong>the inclusion of improvements to the Accounts and Contacts objects stands out to prevent the deletion of the Education History object,<\/strong> thus ensuring the integrity of our ORG data.<\/p>\n<p>Other examples of relevant improvements are the <strong>adaptation to new locations<\/strong>: Japan, Ireland, Holland, Finland and Germany, offering <strong>support and translation into these languages; the inclusion of new family relationships in the standard<\/strong> to identify different family situations: foster parents, person in charge of custody, etc. and <strong>new values \u200b\u200bin the gender field<\/strong> to promote inclusion.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8986 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/eda-roadmap.png\" alt=\"EMEA Education Partner of the Year\" width=\"768\" height=\"386\" srcset=\"https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/eda-roadmap.png 768w, https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/eda-roadmap-300x151.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Within the <strong>Education segment<\/strong>, the solutions aimed at digitizing the <strong>recruitment, admission and onboarding processes<\/strong> in universities and study centers took on special prominence in the sessions.<\/p>\n<p>The combination of the different Salesforce clouds, mainly <strong>Customer Communities, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud,<\/strong> allow universities to create a <strong>platform for direct communication with the student,<\/strong> provide support in the aforementioned processes and design personalized experiences in order to bring the university to the student.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omega CRM has been collaborating<\/strong> for years with the main<strong> educational institutions in Spain, promoting the digitization process<\/strong>, in order to accelerate recruitment, maximize conversion and improve the student experience.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8987 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/NonProfitCloud.png\" alt=\"EMEA Education Partner of the Year\" width=\"1024\" height=\"493\" srcset=\"https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/NonProfitCloud.png 1024w, https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/NonProfitCloud-300x144.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the field of <strong>Non-Profit<\/strong>, the sessions revolved around the news of Salesforce.ORG to<strong> maximize the impact of the Salesforce Platform in these organizations<\/strong>, promoting a rapid transition <strong>from a face-to-face collection model to an online model,<\/strong> providing the <strong>tools to orchestrate personalized journeys<\/strong> aimed at establishing a lasting relationship and promoting recurring donations and enabling a powerful analytics engine, necessary to monitor the main KPIs of the organization.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, and during the celebration of these conferences,<strong> the most influential partners in EMEA during the year 2020<\/strong> were recognized in different categories and where Omega CRM was awarded as <strong>EMEA Education Partner of the Year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8988 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Omega-Partner-of-the-year-award.png\" alt=\"EMEA Education Partner of the Year\" width=\"768\" height=\"229\" srcset=\"https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Omega-Partner-of-the-year-award.png 768w, https:\/\/omegacrmconsulting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Omega-Partner-of-the-year-award-300x89.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>This international award is the result of team effort, of the trust placed by our clients that reaffirms our commitment to the education sector, together with Salesforce.
