“How useful a tool like CRM can be despite the effort it represents for a small entity like ours.
We expect the return on investment made with what we aspire to achieve to be very high.”
The Plant for the Planet initiative began its journey in 2007 when Félix Finkbeiner, a nine-year-old German boy, presented a school project on climate change. Already in 2013, the initiative reached Spain and the Plant-for-the-Planet Spain Foundation was created, with the aim of empowering children and young people in the country in the fight against the climate emergency, to restore Spain’s forests and help to restore forests around the world.
Since 2014, more than 5,000 boys, girls and young people have been trained with its nearly 150 Academies and around 341,031 trees have been planted in Spain thanks to the support of the companies with which they collaborate.
The management that all this entails was no longer acceptable through office documents by the teams. After some unsuccessful attempts to implement systems that would help them be more efficient in these tasks, the organization decided to opt for a technology like Salesforce for Nonprofits, accompanied along the way by Omega CRM Consulting.
By relying on the specific cloud for NGOs, Salesforce for Nonprofits, from Salesforce, we have achieved:
