In line with our mission, as a global digital consultancy we help accelerate customer experience through technology. Since 2016, from the unit specializing in the field of NonProfit. Today,  more than 20 NGOs in Spain endorse our track record. Organisations such as Gasol Foundation, United Way o Fundación Ana Bella have benefited from this probono format.

What is a probono?

Probono is the work that a professional carries out for free in favour of non-profit organisations that need it. It can be in different fields: communication, technology, law, etc. Unlike volunteering, it requires expert knowledge from the person who carries it out.

Power of Probono in Omega

At Omega CRM we know the difficulties that most small non-profit organisations face when it comes to digitising the organisation, acquiring and implementing new technologies and tools and the great cost that this entails to achieve their mission in terms of time and effectiveness of their teams.

That is why we have created the Omega – Power of Probono programme to help small non-profit social organisations with headquarters in Spain to tackle the automation and digitisation of their daily processes through the technology provided by Salesforce.

This programme has been created to to connect smaller non-profit organisations with Omega CRM employees who wish to contribute to social causes in their areas of expertise.

Who can take part?

If you are a micro or small social organisation, whose mission is dedicated to international cooperation projects or local social action projects in any field of action, we want to accompany you in your digitisation process.  

We focus on micro and small organisations as we understand that they are the ones that have the least resources to carry out these processes.

To this end, two routes are presented:

  • Full Impact – those organisations that do not have any CRM system or require a change from CRM to Salesforce.  
  • Support Impact – those other organisations that need support to perform certain tasks on an existing CRM system.

In this 1st Edition of the Power of Probono programme, a total of three entities. Each entity will only be eligible for one of the two possible routes and will have a maximum of 120 hours by the person/s assigned by Omega CRM to carry out each project. The project will be carried out in July and August of this year.

Currently, only projects related to Salesforce products are accepted.

Entities that have previously received a probono from Omega are not eligible to participate in the Power of Probono programme.

Requirements to be fulfilled

There are some requirements that we need you to fulfill:  

  • Be a non-profit organisation and be legally constituted under the legal form of an association, foundation, non-profit organisation or social initiative cooperative, with registered office in Spain.  
  • Mission dedicated to both international and local cooperation projects.  
  • Be a micro or small organisation, i.e. have an executed expenditure of less than €90,000 according to the last annual accounts approved and submitted to the protectorate.  
  • Have financial and management structures that ensure the viability of the project presented. The staff of the selected social entity must be able to invest a minimum of 40% of the project time (32 hours) during the planned months of collaboration in order to guarantee the success of the project.
  • Sponsorship of the organisation’s management team.
  • The social entity must undertake to carry out free online training based on Trailheads offered by Salesforce. The organisation must provide a public link to the person (https://trailblazer.me/id/usuario) who has completed the training where the routes taken, badges and points can be checked.
  • Have the capacity to issue a certificate of volunteering to Omega CRM Consulting.
  • Ability to carry out a joint communication plan of the collaboration in the form of a success story, interview, etc. at the end of the collaboration.
  • Submit the required information via the application form before 00:00 on 29 May 2023.

Required documentation

In order to advance in the selection process, you will have to submit related documentation.. There are two submission rounds: 

Reception of applications

  • Articles of Association and/or Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Organisation chart
  • Strategic and growth plans of the entity
  • Financial report

Selection of candidates:  

  • Proof of having applied and been approved for admission to the Salesforce Impact Exchange programme, formerly known as Power of Us (P10)
  • Link of the person or persons who have completed the online training through Trailheads
  • Social media link of the organisation

Those entities that pass to the application selection round will be informed by e-mail between 5 and 16 June, with the steps to obtain the Power Of Us programme voucher, now Impact Exchange, as well as the access to the training called Trailhead. The call will be resolved on 20 June.
