- In Marketing Cloud Engagement, the new features are especially aimed at improving the performance of the tool and optimising resources to get the most out of it, as well as boosting the use of the Push channel.
- Account Engagement presents updates that will delight the solution’s admin: operational emails, important alerts and agility with Salesforce CMS.
- In Data Cloud we can segment better, enrich more Salesforce objects and… customise websites in real-time! In addition, several AI innovations help us build better use cases.
- In MC Personalization we gain control over the contacts that visit the pages we have integrated and in which we serve hyperpersonalisations.
- In MC Intelligence we have innovations in the connectors with Google, both in the case of videos and in the case of search.
- And let’s not forget Marketing Cloud Growth, which is in its first release and continues to grow, and the new Unified Messaging, which takes the Whatsapp channel to the next level.
