Omega CRM, a leading company in digital solutions for Customer Experience Management (CXM), announces the appointment of Patricio Novoa Jurado as the new Chief Commercial Officer, further reinforcing its commitment to excellence, customer proximity, and the sustainable expansion of its business model.

With over 20 years of experience leading sales teams in top consulting and technology service companies, Patricio brings a strategic, results-oriented vision and deep market insight. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives focused on innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement of commercial processes—delivering value propositions tailored to client needs with outstanding results.
In his new role, he will report directly to David García Fuentes, CEO of Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, and will be responsible for designing and executing the national commercial strategy, leading the transformation of the sales model, and developing new channels and key segments for business growth.
