Marketing Cloud – Release Spring 2024

Einstein has put away his skis, put on his explorer’s suit and sunglasses, and is looking through his binoculars. Marketing Cloud Spring Release’24 has arrived, and with it we have prepared a whitepaper analysing the main new features it brings.

Salesforce surprises us once again with new features in each of its clouds, and we want to help you understand the most relevant ones:

  • In Marketing Cloud Engagement the level of reporting in the Whatsapp channel is extended, the experience with content management is improved in all studios and Journey Builder capabilities are increased in terms of tracking and delivery volume.
  • In Account Engagement, we have a completely revamped experience in the email channel, AI assists us in content creation, and integration with Data Cloud is accelerated.
  • In Data Cloud we work with new types of data, with more Engagement data, new activation capabilities and the expansion of Einstein Studio and AI in both predictive models and generative artificial intelligence.
  • Referral Marketing allows us to work with multiple brands at once and identify our contacts who are likely to refer.
  • Finally, we like the arrival of Marketing Cloud Growth and look forward to having it available here soon.
