Omega CRM recognized by Salesforce as the leading partner in Agentforce implementation in Spain

Omega CRM, a company specialized in Customer Experience Management (CXM), has been recognized by Salesforce as the leading partner in the implementation of Agentforce in Spain, as part of the Salesforce Partner Awards held yesterday evening at Espacio Las Ventas in Madrid.

This recognition of Omega’s excellence in deploying artificial intelligence solutions applied to CXM consolidates the company as a pioneer in the implementation of Agentforce, Salesforce’s intelligent agent platform.

In addition, Omega CRM has received two additional awards:
